Ronia Recommends: 5 Fall Board Books For Your Baby
Ronia has really taken to reading books. Lately the first thing she asks for when she wakes up in the morning are her books, or “booh.” It melts my heart. Below are her favorite 5 Fall Board Books For Your Baby. We read each of these almost every day, so if you are also a parent re-reading the same books, this post is for you.

1. Five Little Pumpkins
My mom bought Ronia this book for an early Halloween gift. Apparently there is also a little hand motion thing you can do with the book/poem, but I am not entirely sure how it goes. All I know is Ronia loves this book. We read it at least once a day.
2. Don’t Push the Button: A Halloween Treat by Bill Cotter
Ronia is into anything related to Larry and not pushing the button. If you have read this series, you know what I’m talking about. It’s interactive and funny and she loves Larry. In fact, if you know of a Larry doll that has been made, please email me. We might need that.
3. Llama Llama Trick or Treat by Anna Dewdney
Ronia also loves the Llama Llama books, so we snagged this Halloween version at the book store recently. It was a sweet way to kind of introduce her to the idea of trick or treating and costumes.
4. There’s a Dragon in Your Book by Tom Fletcher]
Okay, you got me. This book technically isn’t related to fall or Halloween, but dragons are in the ball park are they not? When I was at our local book store a couple weeks ago a sweet lady who works there recommended it to me. It’s another interactive book like Don’t Push the Button. If Ronia could say more than a couple words she would definitely recommend it.
5. You’re My Little Pumpkin Pie by Natalie Marshall (illustrator)
Affirmations are so important, for yourself and your baby. I forget to do our affirmations everyday, but this pumpkin book by Natalie Marshall is a fun, fall-themed way to give Ronia a few words of encouragement every day. There are other books in this series, as well.
